Yep, been there. New job stress wrecked my sleep and my squat dropped almost overnight. Once I locked in a sleep schedule again, strength slowly came back.

For arms specifically: incline curls supersetted with overhead triceps extensions. Stretch + contraction back to back is a pump recipe.

Low-key, a lot of influencers hype “failure every set” because it looks hardcore on camera. In real life most dudes training 5–6 days a week will smoke their CNS doing that.

If you’re natty, creatine and enough protein are your best friends. I throw in beta-alanine and electrolytes when I’m deep in a deficit. Keeps the pumps alive when carbs vanish.

Agree. Carbs are muscle-sparing too. When I cut them too low, I feel like I start losing fullness even if protein’s high.

Facts. If money’s tight, skip both. Spend it on quality food or creatine. That’s the real ROI.
