Re: What’s Your “I’m Too Tired to Cook” Gym Meal? 😂
I keep frozen meals stocked for those nights. I’ll add extra chicken or Greek yogurt on the side if I need more protein, and I’m good.

Re: How Much Protein Do Women Really Need to Build Muscle?
Honestly, consistency is the biggest thing. You don't need a perfect meal plan or some crazy protein goal. Re: How Do You Hit Your Protein Goal Without Eating the Same Foods Every Day? 💪🍗
For me, the key was realizing I don’t need some crazy “fitness meal” for every meal. I’ll eat eggs and toast for breakfast, a chicken or turkey bowl for lunch, salmon or lean beef for dinner, and Greek yogurt or a shake if I need something extra. I still get the protein I’m aiming for, but I can actu ...

Re: Protein Meal Prep That Actually Works for Busy Lifters
For anyone working long shifts, I’d honestly recommend keeping emergency foods around: Greek yogurt, tuna packets, protein bars, fruit, microwave rice, and frozen vegetables. They can save you from skipping meals or grabbing fast food when your schedule gets crazy.
