I used to push through everything. Now I look at mood. If I’m irritable or stressed over tiny things, it’s usually CNS fatigue more than laziness.

Some weeks I go hard all week, others I need 2 rest days. Depends on recovery and work stress tbh.

Seal rows. Not many gyms even have the setup but lying flat on a bench and rowing zero momentum, pure lat contraction.

I save stretching for after training. Pre-lift I stick to warmup sets and mobility flows.

Don’t ego load the bar. Dropping 20–30 lbs. and doing controlled reps saved my knees when I was chasing PRs too hard.

If you’re training twice a day, timing becomes a big deal. You gotta refuel between sessions or the second workout is garbage.
