Honestly? A 20–30 min walk after training. Sounds too simple, but it flushes everything out and makes my next-day stiffness way lower.

For me it’s all about consistency. Even 15 mins of focused delt work at the end of upper day adds up big time.

I usually still go, just lower the intensity. Lifting light actually helps with cramps for me gets the blood flowing and eases tension.

Lean look comes down to diet. Build muscle first, then cut down. You’ll have shape without the fluff.

Static stretching before lifting never did much for me. I just warm up with lighter sets and feel ready.

Focus on quality over quantity. Hip thrusts, RDLs and Bulgarian splits with progressive overload, then get out of the gym. Recovery is where magic happens.
