I’m paying way more attention to recovery now. If I can train hard, sleep well, come back a couple days later, and still perform, that tells me my program is actually sustainable.

Recovery matters just as much as training. If I'm constantly sore or exhausted, I take that as a sign to look at my sleep, training volume, and rest days instead of simply pushing harder.

Bike or sled work > running for me. Less joint stress, easier to recover from.

If you lift heavy, magnesium glycinate at night is underrated. Better sleep, fewer cramps, way less DOMS. It’s cheap and actually noticeable.

Push-ups on handles, cable laterals, and overhead press. Keep shoulders engaged the whole time mind-muscle is everything.
