Not a supplement, but hydration made a HUGE difference for me when I added electrolyte tablets to my routine. Combine that with whey protein, and you’re set for recovery!

Trust me, dynamic warm-ups have drastically reduced my joint pain during workouts. Anyone else here swear by dynamic stretches?Before every workout, I spend at least 8–10 minutes on dynamic mobility drills. My favorites are hip circles, arm swings, and walking lunges.

Good point, @ValkyrieLift! I keep it simple: chicken breast, eggs, and protein shakes. For vegetarians, lentils and tofu are awesome options. Don’t overthink it—just hit your daily protein target consistently.
