Not a supplement, but hydration made a HUGE difference for me when I added electrolyte tablets to my routine. Combine that with whey protein, and you’re set for recovery!

Before every workout, I spend at least 8–10 minutes on dynamic mobility drills. My favorites are hip circles, arm swings, and walking lunges.
Trust me, dynamic warm-ups have drastically reduced my joint pain during workouts. Anyone else here swear by dynamic stretches?

Core strength is key. I do planks religiously, and my deadlift form has improved dramatically.

Good point, @ValkyrieLift! I keep it simple: chicken breast, eggs, and protein shakes. 🐓🍳🍹 For vegetarians, lentils and tofu are awesome options. Don’t overthink it—just hit your daily protein target consistently.

Rogue, absolutely! Farmer’s carries and sled pushes have done wonders for my endurance. My heavy lifting sessions feel way easier now. 💥
