Not at all. A good cup of coffee works just as well! Most pre-workouts are just caffeine with added stuff you may not need. I think lifting belts are fine for max lifts, but they shouldn’t replace good form.

AlphaBulk, honestly? Stick to whole foods and coffee for an energy boost. A well-structured diet does 99% of the work. Fat burners can’t outdo a bad diet anyway.
