For me, whey protein made the biggest difference. It’s easy to consume after workouts and helps hit protein goals. I tried a Smith machine for bench pressing once, and my shoulders felt worse. Free weights all the way.

My shoulders used to hurt after benching, but switching to dumbbell presses helped a lot. I feel more in control.

@Maverick, I’ve used Yohimbine during fasted cardio. 🚶‍♀️ It works if you get the timing right, but it can make you jittery if you’re sensitive to stimulants. Definitely start with a low dose.

Titan9, same! A lot of fat burners are glorified caffeine pills. I prefer green tea for a natural boost. 🍵 Does anyone know of non-stimulant options that are worth it?
