Flex, I love that incline treadmill idea! I do it during my study breaks, and it helps me stay productive while prepping for exams. Multitasking cardio for the win!

So cool to hear everyone’s tips! Let’s talk timing. Do you prefer doing cardio before or after lifting? Or maybe fasted in the morning?

I’m old-school and stick to fasted cardio during cuts. Nothing crazy—just a 20-minute jog before breakfast. But on heavy lifting days, I skip it to save energy for the weights.

@Stronghold42, I tried fasted HIIT once and nearly passed out. Now I grab a light snack, like a banana , and do cardio after lifting. Works better for me.

@IronGuru88, keeping it short is key, especially during bulking. I do 15-20 minutes of LISS twice a week. Keeps my heart healthy and doesn’t interfere with gains.

Don’t forget cardio for performance. My deadlift stamina improved when I added endurance work. Anyone else noticed the same?

Rogue, absolutely! Farmer’s carries and sled pushes have done wonders for my endurance. My heavy lifting sessions feel way easier now.

Maven, try sandbag carries. Just grab a heavy bag and walk as far as you can. It’s cheap, effective, and brutal for conditioning and grip strength.

Love that tip, @FlexChampion! Ladies, don’t shy away from cardio. It won’t “kill your gains.” I lift heavy AND do cardio—it’s the best for staying lean.
