YES. I thought air fryers were just hype, but they’re a game-changer. I do air-fried tofu and brown rice sometimes for a plant-based meal. High in protein and super filling.

Y’all ever meal prep snacks? I keep Greek yogurt with honey and almonds in my fridge for when I need something quick.

I’m all about protein pancakes. I make a big batch with oats, egg whites, and whey protein, then freeze them. Quick to heat up and way better than choking down another dry chicken breast.

Haha, bro, I once tried making overnight oats with whey protein. Woke up to a weird, chalky sludge. Never again.

Oh man, my worst was meal prepping tilapia. Thought it was a good idea… until my fridge smelled like fish for a week.

Lmao, tilapia meal prep is a crime. Solid discussion, though—meal prep really is the key to staying on track. No excuses when your food is already made!

Haha, Ethan, tilapia in the fridge? That’s a rookie mistake! 😂 I once meal prepped boiled eggs for the week. By day four, my entire kitchen smelled like sulfur. Never doing that again.

Oh man, Steel, I feel that. I once tried making steamed broccoli and chicken for an entire week. By day three, the broccoli smelled like feet. Ended up tossing half of it and switching to frozen veggies instead. Way easier.

Lol, I think we’ve all had some meal prep disasters. My worst? I tried making protein muffins with pea protein instead of whey. Thought I was being creative… they turned into dense, rubbery bricks. Could’ve used them as dumbbells. 💀

Haha, protein muffins as dumbbells—classic! 😂 Honestly, this thread is gold. I’m definitely stealing some of these meal prep ideas. Who knew meal prepping could be this entertaining? 💪🔥
