The Arnold Strongman Classic is epic! 🏋️‍♂️ I’d love to see Hafthor Bjornsson or Tom Stoltman compete live. Those guys make 600-lb deadlifts look easy. Absolute beasts.

Right?! 💥 Watching Tom Stoltman break world records is unreal. But I have a soft spot for classic physique shows. The aesthetics and symmetry in that division just hit differently. Chris Bumstead is a legend.

Bumstead is a beast, no doubt. 🔥 I actually prefer Classic Physique over Open Bodybuilding—it’s more balanced and aesthetic. Seeing guys like Ramon Dino push the limits of symmetry is insane. That division is the future.

I love Classic Physique too! 💃 But I’m also a huge fan of Figure and Wellness divisions. The level of conditioning and elegance is mind-blowing. Watching athletes like Francielle Mattos makes me want to level up my posing game.
