@DarioVigorr I love Arnold presses too—great burn on the front delts.
Do you train abs separately or with other days?

@OliviaWilson I hit abs after push days—2x/week. Usually cable crunches + leg raises.
Also throw in planks on rest day just to feel alive 😅

Any of you incorporate explosive lifts into PPL? I do kettlebell swings on pull day and landmine press on push. Adds athleticism to the mix!

@FlexQueen that’s genius. I’m gonna add landmine press next week.
Never thought of explosive work in PPL before—def want more speed.

Honestly, I underestimated single-leg training. Bulgarian split squats crushed my ego.
I do them every Saturday now with light weights. Strength balance is underrated.

@EthanBrown same. I added pistol squats to my leg day warmup and it fixed my knee issues.
Sometimes "hard" isn’t heavy—it’s stability.

Anyone here do a 7-day PPL cycle? Like Push/Pull/Legs/Push/Pull/Legs/Rest?
Curious if it’s sustainable in a cut phase.

@SteelSpartan I’ve done that during bulks. Great if recovery is dialed in. During cuts, I switch to 4 days to prevent burnout.

Amazing convo, everyone. It’s crazy how one simple split works in so many different ways depending on lifestyle, recovery, and creativity.
