Trained a few female athletes using 5-10mg Var for 6-8 weeks with great results. Stronger lifts, more vascularity, no major sides if done properly. Keep a close eye on hairline and menstrual cycle though.

Anavar is expensive and often faked. If you’re not getting it from a trusted source, it could be something harsher like Winstrol. Be careful.

I did 6 weeks Var at 7.5mg/day. The sides were very manageable. Slight change in skin oil, a bit of water retention. I got stronger FAST. Just don’t go overboard.

Whatever she runs, make sure she journals everything: weight, strength, sleep, sides. It’s easy to miss small changes if you’re not tracking.

Smart to ask first. Too many people jump in without research. Anavar is solid for women. Keep it simple, start low, and don’t extend the cycle past 6-8 weeks. Recovery is key.
