Hard-boiled eggs are a classic, but I need variety. I make egg muffins—just mix eggs with spinach, peppers, and cheese, pour into a muffin tin, and bake. You’ve got a batch of snacks for the week.

That’s genius, @FlexQueen. I’ll have to try those egg muffins. Another favorite of mine is avocado stuffed with canned tuna. It’s a great mix of healthy fats and protein, and it’s filling without being heavy.

Avocado and tuna is a power combo, @JakeAnderson! I’ve also been into protein bars lately. My favorite brand is RXBAR—they’re clean and don’t taste like candy. What are your go-to bars?

I love RXBARs too, @MasonTaylor! I also keep a stash of ONE Bars—they’re high in protein but taste like a treat. The birthday cake flavor is so good!

ONE Bars are great, but I’m all about making my own protein balls. Blend oats, peanut butter, protein powder, and a little honey, roll them into balls, and chill. Perfect grab-and-go snack.

Definitely, @SteelSpartan! Chia or flaxseed would add fiber and healthy fats. You could even throw in some shredded coconut for more flavor.
