Haha, Flex, I feel you on the protein muffin fail.
I once made protein bars from scratch—thought I was being all healthy. Ended up with a batch so dry, I nearly cracked a tooth. Just buy the store-bought ones, trust me.

Lol, Jake! Been there. I tried making zucchini noodles for meal prep once—thought it would be a healthy pasta swap. By day two, they turned into a soggy, watery mess. Never again.
Sometimes, regular carbs are just the better option.
