My shoulders used to hurt after benching, but switching to dumbbell presses helped a lot. I feel more in control.

Narrow grip bench press was my savior. I’m all about reducing stress on my shoulders.

I’ve started using resistance bands for prehab work. My shoulders have never felt this strong.

It might be your form. Check if your elbows are flaring out too much. That’s a common mistake.

Honestly, switching to machines sometimes is underrated. Stability matters when you’re rehabbing.
