Hey everyone! I feel like we all know the big ones – squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc. But what about the hidden gems? What's the most underrated exercise that you think more people should be doing? Personally, I swear by farmer's carries. They’re killer for grip strength and core stability!

Totally agree, Jake! Farmer's carries are awesome. For me, it's Bulgarian split squats. They’re brutal, but they target each leg individually and really improve balance. I hate them while doing them but love the results!

Oh man, Bulgarian split squats are no joke. I’d say face pulls are my underrated go-to. People overlook them, but they’re great for posture and shoulder health, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting.

Face pulls are so good, Ethan. I’d throw glute bridges into the mix. They’re not flashy, but they work wonders for your posterior chain, especially if you sit a lot like me. Plus, you can do them almost anywhere.

I’m with Olivia – glute bridges are great. But I’d add the Pallof press. It’s such a simple but effective move for core stability, and it works muscles you don’t usually think about. I feel like it’s a game-changer.
