Re: 🏆 What’s Been the Hardest Part of Staying Consistent During Contest Prep?
The weekend cravings are brutal
. Friday night hits and suddenly I’m thinking about burgers, pizza, ice cream… basically everything that isn’t on my meal plan.

Re: What’s Your “I’m Too Tired to Cook” Gym Meal? 😂
If I’m really tired, I’ll grab a burrito bowl from a nearby spot and call it a night. Rice, chicken, beans, veggies, salsa—easy post-workout meal without feeling like I completely abandoned my nutrition.

Push hard at the end for me. If I’m close to stage-ready, I want to bring the best conditioning possible when it actually matters.

Re: 💊 What Supplement Do You Think Is Way Too Overhyped?
Those “lean muscle” supplements always make me laugh. Give me a solid lifting program, enough calories, protein, and sleep before I start throwing money at a fancy bottle.

Re: Building Muscle Without Losing the Feminine Look
Same! I spent years avoiding heavier dumbbells for no real reason. Getting stronger has actually made me feel more confident, not less feminine.

Re: How Much Protein Do You Really Need to Build Muscle?
I’m cutting right now and keeping protein relatively high has definitely helped with hunger. I’m not trying to eat ridiculous amounts, though. I spread it across four meals and make sure each meal has a decent protein source.

Re: What Training Style Has Made the Biggest Difference in Your Strength This Year? 💪
Full-body training 3 days a week has worked surprisingly well for me.

Re: What’s the Best Way to Prevent Injuries While Still Training Hard? 💪🛡️
For me it’s managing volume. I used to think every workout needed to destroy me to count as productive. Now I focus more on steady progress and leaving the gym feeling like I could actually train again. That mindset has made a big difference.

Re: How Much Protein Do Women Really Need to Build Muscle?
I noticed a difference when I stopped trying to cram all my protein into dinner. Having 25–35g at several meals is much easier for me, and I'm not sitting there at 9 PM trying to figure out how I'm going to eat another giant serving of chicken.
