Straight sets and progressive overload. Nothing fancy, just adding weight over time still works.

Honestly, most test boosters fall into this category for me. Tried a couple big-name ones, felt nothing different except a lighter wallet. Sleep, food and training mattered way more.

Also don’t ignore volume. My wrists started feeling way better once I cut back junk sets and focused on fewer, higher-quality working sets.

For me it’s caffeine + creatine + GDA before carb meals. Helps partition nutrients better when you’re running low carbs. Been holding muscle way better this cut.

I don’t barbell back squat anymore. Safety bar + split squats let me train hard without wrecking my knees.
