Honestly, frozen chicken strips and a bag of microwave veggies save me on busy nights. Not fancy, but it gets the job done and I’m not standing over the stove at 9:30 PM.

I've learned that muscle takes time. I've been lifting consistently for years, and even now I'm not suddenly waking up looking huge.

Greek yogurt + berries + a little granola is clutch when I need a quick breakfast or evening snack. Easy protein without having to cook anything.

Pull-ups are definitely up there for me too. Body weight strength always seems to translate well into everything else.

I’ve tried intra drinks a few times. For long workouts they actually help a bit with energy, but for shorter sessions I usually just stick with water.
