My triceps feel fine but my elbows feel like 90-year-old joints. Is this a form issue or is this just “gym tax”?

Used to do 2-hour workouts when I was younger. Progress actually got better once I trimmed the junk volume.

Honestly, a simple chicken + white rice bowl 60–90 mins before lifting. Zero bloating, pure fuel. It’s boring but it works.

I train close to failure on everything, but I only go true failure on isolation stuff: curls, lateral raises, triceps, etc. Way safer and way easier to recover from. My delts blew up doing this.

If you’re natty, your biggest bang-for-buck is sleep, diet, creatine and caffeine. EAAs/BCAAs are like… icing on the cake, not the cake itself.

Strengthen your hamstrings and glutes, bro. Everyone goes quad-heavy and forgets the backside. Balanced legs protect the knees.

We used to eat every 2–3 hours religiously back in the day. Still works, but honestly, it’s more about keeping hunger away than anything magical.
