Funny thing is the best pumps I’ve had weren’t on max-effort days. Moderate weight, higher reps and staying in the muscle the whole set beats chasing numbers if pump is the goal.

I use a hydration packet during long sessions or when cutting. Otherwise, just regular water and salt on meals does the job.

Yeah man, I’ve been debating adding L-carnitine back in. Used it last summer and felt leaner, but not sure if it was placebo or diet dialed in better.
