Whey protein has been the biggest convenience for me. I don't always have time to cook another high-protein meal after work, so having a shake ready makes hitting my daily target much easier.

I’m actually doing a six-month runway. That might sound long to some people, but I have a full-time job and don’t want bodybuilding to completely take over my life. The extra time lets me adjust my meals, steps, cardio, and training gradually instead of changing everything at once.

I'm pretty simple with it: creatine daily, protein when needed, and electrolytes when I'm doing a hard or sweaty session. Everything else is optional for me.

Tracking my lifts made a huge difference. I can actually see that I'm progressing instead of judging my workout by how sore I am afterward.

I used to buy every new supplement that influencers recommended. Eventually I realized most of them weren't making any noticeable difference. Now I keep things simple with a balanced diet and only a few supplements that fit my personal needs.

Agreed. Most lifters do not actually know what true 0 RIR (reps in reserve) feels like, so they need more volume to make up for the lack of actual stimulus.
