Film yourself from behind. Watch if one shoulder blade wings or moves up sooner than the other. That points directly to serratus or trap imbalances.

Red light therapy panels. I thought it was all influencer nonsense, but it legit helps with joint stiffness and quicker recovery between push days. Didn’t expect it to work, but it surprised me.

Try cream of rice with a scoop of whey and some honey. It’s lighter than oats but still gives you slow, clean carbs. Total lifesaver before leg day.
