Exactly, @robertjohn. IF isn’t one-size-fits-all. I like using it for short-term cuts because it helps with hunger control, but I wouldn’t stick with it year-round. How do you guys time your feeding windows for social events?

That’s smart, @EthanBrown. I used to train fasted in the mornings, but I’d crash halfway through my session. Now I train in the afternoon during my feeding window, and it’s way better. Have you tried fasted cardio, though? It’s been great for fat loss.

Hard-boiled eggs are a classic, but I need variety. I make egg muffins—just mix eggs with spinach, peppers, and cheese, pour into a muffin tin, and bake. You’ve got a batch of snacks for the week.

That’s a great combo, @EthanBrown! My go-to is Greek yogurt with a handful of granola or berries. Tons of protein, and the carbs give me a nice energy boost before a workout. Anyone have a good granola brand that’s not loaded with sugar?

Prepping my day helps me stay on track—if I’m going out for dinner, I’ll save calories earlier in the day. Oh, and I avoid liquid calories like sugary cocktails. A vodka soda is my drink of choice when I indulge!

@EthanBrown, the late-night carb myth is so common! Here’s another weird one I heard:

“Cucumber water flushes out belly fat.” I drank it for weeks, thinking it’d give me a six-pack. Nope, just a lot of trips to the bathroom. 😂 Stay hydrated, but don’t expect miracles.

Same here! Push/pull/legs is my go-to. It’s great for building strength and size. I do push on Monday, pull on Tuesday, legs on Wednesday, and then repeat with Thursday-Saturday. Sunday’s my rest day. How do you structure yours, @EthanBrown?
