I’ve been lifting more lately and want to take care of my joints.
What supplements do you use to help with joint pain or to prevent injuries? I’ve seen stuff like fish oil and glucosamine, but not sure what really helps.
Any tips would be great. Thanks!

Fish oil is solid for overall inflammation. I take 2-3g daily. I also like turmeric with black pepper, which is surprisingly helpful.

Glucosamine + chondroitin helped my knees a lot. It took about 2-3 weeks to feel the difference. Worth a try if you’re feeling joint wear.

Honestly, most of those supplements are hit or miss. The best supplement is proper warm-up and mobility work. Don’t skip it.

I use MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) along with glucosamine. Seems to help reduce stiffness, especially in the mornings.

Tried a bunch, but the combo that worked best for me: fish oil, turmeric, and daily stretching. Simple but effective.

If you’re training hard, also look at your form. No supplement will fix bad mechanics. That said, I still take fish oil and collagen as insurance.
