Facts, bro. I used to train 7 days straight thinking I was hardcore. All I got was sore joints and stalled lifts. The rest days changed the game for me.

Rest is anabolic, plain and simple. If you’re eating right and sleeping deep, your body will do its thing. I can’t build a house without time to leave the cement set.

Love this. I always tell the young guns in my gym that they aren’t always better. Better is better. Resting smart, growing harder.

Took me forever to learn this. Though the rest days were slacking. Now I look forward to them coming back way stronger the next day.

I started taking 2 full rest days a week and my lifts finally started going up again. Crazy how we overlook the basics.
