Why?
• No prep = junk food wins
• Too strict = burnout
• One bad meal = full relapse

Biggest struggle for me? Meal prep. If I don’t cook ahead, I’m ordering pizza by 8PM. Sundays are now my prep days. Everything changed.Image

I used to go too hardcore, no carbs, no cheat meals. Burned out fast. Now I track macros and allow one fun meal a week. Balance wins. 😌

Honestly, flavor was my issue. I hated bland food. I found some low-cal sauces and spices, now my meals are slapped. Dieting doesn’t have to be boring. Image

Night cravings destroy me, bro. Started eating more fats in the evening nuts, avocado. Keeps me full and I don’t raid the fridge at 2AM.

I struggled with emotional eating. Stress = snack attacks. I started journaling and drinking tea when cravings hit. Mindset matters too.

People treat diets like a punishment. I treat mine like fuel. If you see food as your gain-maker, everything shifts.

One bad meal used to throw me off for days. Now I just call it a “refeed” and move on. No guilt. Back on track the next meal.

If it’s not sustainable, it won’t last. I used to follow influenced diets. Now I eat real, simple food that I enjoy. Progress finally stuck. Image
