Just wonder what you guys think is lifting super heavy always the best way to build muscle? I see some people going all-out with heavy sets, but others swear by lighter weights with more volume and perfect form.
What’s worked best for you? Heavy and low reps, or moderate weight with higher reps? Curious to hear different experiences.

I used to chase heavy numbers, but once I focused on form and time under tension, my gains improved a lot.

Heavy works for strength, no doubt. But for size? Volume and consistency beat ego-lifting any day.

I train with moderate weight and slow reps. Still making gains without risking injury.

Totally agree. I lift lighter now and my muscles feel the burn way more.

Heavy low reps gave me size early on, but I had to switch it up with drop sets and supersets to keep growing.

Back in my day, we lifted heavy AND did high volume. It’s not either/or it’s both when done smart.

Progressive overload matters more than just going heavy. Add reps, slow the tempo, increase sets still counts.

Tore my shoulder chasing PRs. Now I lift smart, not heavy. Gains are slower, but safer.
