Volume training helped me break plateaus. More sets and reps pump up muscles.

Heavy weight is good, but volume keeps the muscle under tension longer. That’s key for growth.

I switch between heavy low-rep and high-volume weeks. Keeps gains steady.

Volume training is great for beginners too. Builds endurance and size at the same time.

More volume means more muscle damage and better recovery if you manage it right.

I added extra sets recently and my size shot up. Just gotta watch out for overtraining.
