I've been working hard to grow my chest and wanted to ask what’s working for you guys. I've seen so much info out there some say heavy bench, others swear by flyes and volume.
For me, inclined dumbbell presses, and controlled reps seem to hit best, but I still feel like I’m missing something.
What exercises, rep ranges, or tips helped you boost your chest size the most?

Flat bench never did much for me. Switched to incline barbell + dips, and boom upper chest started popping.

Time under tension, bro. Slow down your reps. 3 seconds down, 1 second up. Burns like hell, but it works.

Push-ups every morning + heavy incline dumbbell presses twice a week. Simple, but it built my chest big time.

I plateaued until I started training chest 2x a week. First day heavy, second day all machines and pump work.
