Best Protein Sources for Muscle Growth

I know chicken breast and whey protein are the classics, but eating the same thing gets boring fast. I’m looking to mix up my diet while still hitting my protein targets. What is your favorite high-protein foods that actually taste good and help with muscle growth?

Eggs are my go-to. They’re affordable, quick to make and you can cook them in so many ways. I usually toss in some spinach and a bit of hot sauce perfect breakfast.

Greek yogurt is a game changer. High protein, low fat and you can throw berries or honey in for taste.

Lean beef all the way. More micronutrients than chicken and keep you fuller longer.

Eating cottage cheese before bed gives you slow-digesting casein protein, which keeps your muscles fueled while you sleep.

Salmon. Great protein and healthy fats for recovery. It tastes amazingly grilled.

Protein bars are great when you’re busy, but make sure to keep an eye on how much sugar they’ve got.

Chickpeas and lentils pack plenty of plant-based protein, and they’re great for adding variety to your meals.

Nice list, guys looks like I need to add Greek yogurt and salmon to my rotation. I appreciate the ideas.
