For me it’s whey protein, creatine and fish oil. Covers muscle recovery, strength and joint health without getting too complicated.

Same here, but I throw in caffeine tabs before training. Cheap, simple and still gets the job done without relying on pricey pre-workouts.

Creatine, whey and vitamin D are my staples year-round. I live in a place with low sunlight, so vitamin D makes a big difference for energy.

I add beta-alanine to my stack because I like the endurance boost it gives, especially on high-rep days. That tingle gets me in the zone.

Honestly, I keep it super minimal just protein and coffee. I’d rather spend my money on better food.

Whey, creatine and a greens powder is my combo. The greens keep digestion smooth and my micronutrients check.
