I usually hit abs twice a week, but I see some lifters grinding them daily like it’s arm curls. Is that overkill or is daily ab work the secret to those blocky six-packs?

Twice a week works fine for me. Tried daily before just ended up sore all the time with zero extra results.

I hit them 3–4 times a week, but only 10–15 mins each session. Keep it short and focused, and they pop just fine.

Abs do recover faster than other muscles, so daily can work… but if your form’s sloppy or volume’s high, you’ll burn out quick.

Not gonna lie, half the time I skip direct ab training and still stay shredded just by keeping my diet clean.

Every workout I do hanging leg raises, 3–4 sets. That one move alone keeps my abs tight.

Compounds built my core more than crunches ever did. Squats, deads and overhead press make abs strong and thick.

Every other day is my sweet spot. Enough volume to stay strong, not enough to fry them.

Bro don’t forget diet. Abs show up in the kitchen way before they show up from a thousand crunches.

I go high-intensity 2x a week. Heavy cable crunches, ab wheel, weighted planks. You don’t need daily just train them like any other muscle.
