: Cardio vs Muscle - Am I Losing Size?
I’m in a cut right now and trying to stay lean, but I don’t want to shrink in the process. Been doing about 30 minutes of cardio after lifting, but I keep wondering… is this helping me stay shredded or eating into my muscle gains?

Cardio’s like seasoning, man. A little makes the cut clean, too many kills the flavor. 30 min steady pace is fine.

Good to hear, bros. I’m hitting around 200g protein daily so hopefully I’m covered. Just don’t wanna waste the grind.

I only do incline walking on the treadmill when cutting. Keeps the legs pumped without burning me out.

Bro, I do 20–30 min on the bike after every lift and I still bulk like a tank. It’s diet that decides if you shrink, not cardio.

Alright, sounds like I just gotta keep it low-intensity and not push into HIIT every day. Makes sense.

When I cut, I treat cardio like a tool, not punishment. I’d rather burn 300 Cals on the Stairmaster than starve 300 Cals of food.
