Omega-3s, collagen, joint supps. Not magic, but they helped me feel less crunchy over time. Worth adding in.

Yeah, I haven’t really tried joint supps seriously. Might stack them in and see if they make a difference.

Don’t skip warmups, bro. Leg extensions with light weight before squats pump blood into the knees and make them feel smoother.

At the end of the day, don’t ignore pain. If it’s sharp, back off and get it checked. Lifting smart beats lifting hurt.
