💊 Best Supplements for Women That Truly Make a Difference?
With so many products out their protein powders, creatine, BCAAs, pre-workouts it’s hard to know what works and what’s just hype. For the ladies here who train consistently, which supplements have genuinely helped you with strength, recovery or overall progress?

Real talk protein powder is a lifesaver. I’m not slamming shakes all day, but hitting protein goals without it is rough.

BCAAs? Total waste IMO unless you’re training fasted. Just eat food.

Yeah I’ve heard that about BCAAs. I was kinda hoping they’d do more but it sounds like hype.

Honestly, most girls in my gym who lift seriously are on the same basics: protein, creatine, maybe a multivitamin. Everything else is just expensive candy.

I’ll add collagen. I know it’s not a “muscle builder,” but it’s helped me with joint pain and skin. Small difference, but noticeable.
