I’m dialing back the calories and trying not to lose too much muscle in the process. Curious what everyone’s running during their cut any go-to supps that actually help keep your strength and size? Not just caffeine and wishful thinking.

Bro I keep it simple creatine, caffeine, electrolytes. People love to overcomplicate cutting stacks. As long as you’re hitting protein and staying hydrated, you’ll hold size just fine.

I’m on 200mg caffeine + yohimbine pre-cardio, then EAAs + pink salt during lifts. Keeps energy high even when calories tank. Just don’t overdo yohimbine or you’ll feel like your heart’s tryna escape your chest.

Cut stack for me: creatine, fish oil, L-carnitine and a good multivitamin. Tried fat burners before waste of money imo. Diet and sleep do 90% of the work.

Yeah man, I’ve been debating adding L-carnitine back in. Used it last summer and felt leaner, but not sure if it was placebo or diet dialed in better.

If you’re natty, creatine and enough protein are your best friends. I throw in beta-alanine and electrolytes when I’m deep in a deficit. Keeps the pumps alive when carbs vanish.

Don’t sleep on sodium, bro. Everyone cuts it too early and wonders why they’re flat and weak. Keep your salt up till the last week your strength will thank you.

Facts, bro. I learned that the hard way last year. Went low-sodium too soon and felt like a deflated balloon. Gonna keep my salt solid this round.

For me it’s caffeine + creatine + GDA before carb meals. Helps partition nutrients better when you’re running low carbs. Been holding muscle way better this cut.
