Bro I keep it simple creatine, caffeine, electrolytes. People love to overcomplicate cutting stacks. As long as you’re hitting protein and staying hydrated, you’ll hold size just fine.
I’m on 200mg caffeine + yohimbine pre-cardio, then EAAs + pink salt during lifts. Keeps energy high even when calories tank. Just don’t overdo yohimbine or you’ll feel like your heart’s tryna escape your chest.
Cut stack for me: creatine, fish oil, L-carnitine and a good multivitamin. Tried fat burners before waste of money imo. Diet and sleep do 90% of the work.
If you’re natty, creatine and enough protein are your best friends. I throw in beta-alanine and electrolytes when I’m deep in a deficit. Keeps the pumps alive when carbs vanish.
