Are Daily Multivitamins Still Worth It for Lifters?
I keep seeing mixed opinions. Some people swear a daily multi helps with energy and recovery, others say it’s pointless if your diet’s solid. What’s actually been your experience lately?

Honestly I feel a difference when I’m consistent. Less random fatigue and my appetite’s better. Could be placebo, but I’ll take it.

If your diet is dialed in, a multi won’t magically boost performance. But most people think they eat perfectly when they really don’t.

Yeah that’s kinda why I’m asking. My diet is good most days but not “perfect.” Just wondering if a multi actually covers anything meaningful.

Makes sense. I’m not expecting some crazy boost, just don’t wanna waste money on something useless.

The biggest benefit is convenience. Hard to hit every micronutrient daily, especially if you’re cutting. A multi keeps you covered.

I only use them during prep because my food variety tanks. Off-season I skip it completely. Depends more on your diet than your training.
