Tried a few big-name ones—honestly, felt zero change. More marketing than muscle.

I think a lot of it is placebo, but if it makes you train harder, maybe that’s worth something.

D-aspartic acid was the only one I felt made a difference. Strength went up slightly, but nothing dramatic.

Tribulus was a total waste for me. Zero measurable results after two months.

Better sleep, more red meat, and heavy compound lifts do more for my test than any supplement ever has.

Squats, deadlifts and eating enough calories—those are the real “test boosters” in my book.
