Not talking about the flashy ones what’s a supplement you use that actually helps but barely gets mentioned?

Magnesium glycinate. Sleep quality went up and cramps basically disappeared.

Electrolytes don’t get enough credit. Once I added them intra-workout, pumps and endurance improved.

Vitamin D for sure. Bloodwork showed I was low, fixed that and energy improved.

Plain citrulline works better than most fancy pre-workouts for me. No crash, just solid pumps.

Digestive enzymes helped when calories went up. Less bloating, easier meals.

Fish oil isn’t exciting, but my joints feel way better when I’m consistent with it.

Zinc before bed. Small thing, but sleep feels deeper and recovery’s better.

Creatine monohydrate. It’s talked about, but people still try to replace it with overpriced alternatives.
