Magnesium glycinate. Sleep quality went up and cramps basically disappeared.

Electrolytes don’t get enough credit. Once I added them intra-workout, pumps and endurance improved.

Vitamin D for sure. Bloodwork showed I was low, fixed that and energy improved.

Digestive enzymes helped when calories went up. Less bloating, easier meals.

Fish oil isn’t exciting, but my joints feel way better when I’m consistent with it.

Zinc before bed. Small thing, but sleep feels deeper and recovery’s better.

Creatine monohydrate. It’s talked about, but people still try to replace it with overpriced alternatives.

Looks like the “boring basics” keep winning. Funny how the stuff that actually works never needs hype.
