For me, it’s all about steak and rice. Simple, effective, and loaded with protein and carbs. I throw in some avocado for extra calories and healthy fats. What about you guys?

@EthanBrown, steak and rice is a solid choice! I go for chicken thighs with sweet potatoes—higher calories than chicken breast but still lean enough. Plus, roasted sweet potatoes taste amazing.

I love salmon with quinoa and olive oil—tons of protein and good fats for recovery. But tbh, I struggle to hit my calorie target sometimes. Any tips for easy ways to add extra calories?

Re:FlexQueen
@FlexQueen, easiest way? Shakes. I blend oats, peanut butter, banana, protein powder, and almond milk. That’s an easy 800–1,000 calories in one go. Lifesaver on busy days!

Shakes are clutch. Another hack—full-fat Greek yogurt with honey and granola. Packs in a ton of protein and carbs without feeling too heavy.

When I’m in a rush, ground beef and pasta is my go-to. Quick, easy, and perfect for bulking. I mix in some spinach and parmesan to keep it from feeling too plain.

Anyone else do egg sandwiches? I load mine up with whole eggs, turkey bacon, cheese, and avocado on sourdough. Tastes amazing and fuels me for hours.

@OliviaWilson, yes! Breakfast sandwiches are underrated for bulking. I also do overnight oats—throw in peanut butter and protein powder, and you’ve got a calorie-packed meal with zero effort.
