Bro, I swear by my chicken, sweet potato, and broccoli meal, but I make it interesting by using different seasonings. Some days it’s garlic and paprika, other days I go with teriyaki. Keeps things from getting boring.

Teriyaki sounds solid! Do you make your own sauce, or just buy it? I try to keep my meal prep clean, so I make a homemade one with low-sodium soy sauce, ginger, and a little honey.

Yeah, I do homemade too—bottled sauces usually have too much sugar. I throw in some sesame seeds and sriracha for an extra kick.

Y’all ever get tired of chicken? I’ve been on a ground turkey and quinoa kick lately. I mix in bell peppers, onions, and some taco seasoning—tastes like a burrito bowl, but without the bloat.

I hear you, Jake! Chicken gets old real fast. I switch it up with salmon and jasmine rice—omega-3s keep my joints happy. Plus, I drizzle a little lemon and dill sauce on top.

Salmon’s a power move. But for budget-friendly meal prep, I stick to canned tuna and whole wheat pasta. High-protein, easy to make, and super cheap.

Okay, but let’s talk meal prep hacks. I cook everything in bulk on Sundays—5 lbs of chicken, 3 cups of rice, a ton of veggies. Then I store it in separate containers and just mix-and-match throughout the week. Saves time and I don’t feel like I’m eating the same thing every day.

I do the same but with air fryer meals! Chicken thighs in the air fryer come out juicy every time, and they only take like 15 minutes. Anyone else team air fryer?
