Is It Normal to Feel Stronger on Random Days?
Walked in tired, expected a trash workout… ended up hitting a PR. Other days I feel great and lift like a toddler. What’s the science behind this randomness?

Totally normal bro. Strength fluctuates. Sleep, stress, carbs all of it matters more than how you feel walking in.

Yeah that’s exactly what happened. I didn’t hype it up, just lifted. Meanwhile the days I’m amped I overdo it and it backfires.

Carbs the day before make a big difference. Full glycogen = stronger lifts.

Stress and bad sleep will sneak up on you. That’s when weights feel randomly heavy.

That’s why I judge the session off my warm-ups, not my mood. The bar doesn’t lie.
