How are you all hitting protein without living on chicken breast?
I'm aiming for around 180g protein a day and I am so sick of chicken breast I could scream. What's actually in your rotation? Looking for real variety, not just 'eat more chicken'.

Eggs and Greek yogurt carry me. A tub of 0% Greek yogurt is like 20g per serving and I'll have it with berries or stir cocoa and a bit of sweetener in for a dessert thing. Whole eggs in the morning, egg whites if I want to keep it lean.

Lean beef mince, tinned tuna, salmon, prawns. Rotating red meat and fish in keeps it interesting and you get the variety in fats too. Tinned fish is cheap and stupidly high protein for the calories.

Tinned tuna I can do, salmon gets pricey here though.

Tinned salmon or mackerel then, fraction of the price of fillets and the same protein. The mackerel in tomato sauce on toast is an underrated lunch.

Don't forget dairy beyond yogurt. Cottage cheese is the classic for a reason, low fat cottage cheese is basically pure protein. Mix it savoury or sweet, it takes on whatever you add.

Whey shake to fill the gap, then real food for the rest. I do two scoops in the day which is 50g handled instantly, so I only need to get 130 from meals. Makes the target way less stressful.

Tofu and tempeh if you want to break up the meat entirely a couple meals a week. Tempeh especially is high protein and pan fries really well with some soy and garlic. Even if you're not veggie it adds variety.

Lean pork is the one everyone forgets. Pork loin is similar macros to chicken breast but tastes completely different, and pork mince makes a great change from beef in a chilli or bolognese.
