One thing I wish more beginners understood is that protein isn't the only part of building muscle. I was obsessed with getting enough protein but wasn't eating enough overall, and my training suffered. Once I started fueling my workouts properly, I felt stronger and recovered better.

100% agree. Protein matters, but it isn't a magic switch. Progressive strength training, enough overall food, good sleep, and recovery all need to work together. 💯

Breakfast was my weak spot. Adding eggs or Greek yogurt in the morning made hitting my daily target much less stressful.

I've been lifting for a couple years now, and I don't obsess over protein anymore. I have a rough target, build most meals around a quality protein source, and move on with my day. That approach has been much more sustainable for me.

Honestly, consistency is the biggest thing. You don't need a perfect meal plan or some crazy protein goal. Find foods you actually enjoy, get a reasonable amount of protein regularly, train hard, recover, and give your body time to adapt. Results take patience, but the boring basics really do work. 🔥🏋️‍♀️
