After a hard workout, cooking a full meal can feel like another workout.
Between work, training, commuting, and everyday life, sometimes you just need something quick, filling, and easy to throw together without spending an hour in the kitchen.

Rotisserie chicken + microwave rice. Done in like 5 minutes.

Greek yogurt, berries, and a scoop of protein. Super easy when I get home late.

Honestly, frozen chicken strips and a bag of microwave veggies save me on busy nights. Not fancy, but it gets the job done and I’m not standing over the stove at 9:30 PM.

My lazy meal is a turkey wrap with some cheese, spinach, and whatever sauce I have in the fridge. Takes less time to make than deciding what to order.

Same! Rotisserie chicken has become my emergency meal lately. Throw it over microwave rice with some salsa or avocado and I’m eating within five minutes.

I keep frozen meals stocked for those nights. I’ll add extra chicken or Greek yogurt on the side if I need more protein, and I’m good.

Breakfast-for-dinner is my move. Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and a couple pieces of toast. Cheap, fast, and actually pretty satisfying after lifting.
