💊 What’s Actually Worth Taking in Your Supplement Stack in 2026?
I feel like supplement choices have gotten way more complicated lately. Between creatine, protein, electrolytes, pre-workout, magnesium, and all the new products coming out, it’s easy to spend money on things you don't really need. What are you actually taking in 2026 that you feel is worth it?

Whey protein has been the biggest convenience for me. I don't always have time to cook another high-protein meal after work, so having a shake ready makes hitting my daily target much easier.

Honestly, I keep it simple: creatine + protein.

Same! I used to think I needed a huge stack, but now I’m realizing that a few things I actually use consistently make more sense than having ten different tubs sitting around.

Electrolytes have become a regular part of my summer workouts.

I'm still a pre-workout guy, but I pay way more attention to caffeine now. I don't need to feel completely wired just to have a productive lifting session, especially if I'm training later in the evening.

Creatine monohydrate is still my pick.

Protein powder isn't magic, but it's incredibly useful when life gets busy. Between work, commuting, and getting to the gym, sometimes drinking a shake is simply easier than trying to prepare another full meal.

That’s how I look at protein too. It’s more about convenience and helping me hit my numbers than replacing normal food.
