For me, ankle mobility, 90/90 hip rotations, thoracic extensions, and shoulder mobility drills have all been helpful depending on the lift. Curious what has made the biggest difference for everyone else. Has one specific mobility move noticeably improved your technique, depth, stability, or range of motion?

🧘 Which Mobility Move Has Made the Biggest Difference in Your Lifts?
Mobility work doesn’t have to take forever to be useful. Sometimes a few minutes of targeted movement before training can make a big difference in how your squat, bench, deadlift, or overhead press feels. I’ve found that the key is figuring out what’s actually limiting your movement instead of just doing random stretches.

Ankle rocks before squats helped me get into a much better position without feeling like I was forcing the depth.

Thoracic extensions have been huge for my bench. I used to struggle getting my upper back locked in, but doing a few controlled reps over a foam roller before pressing made my setup feel way more stable and natural.

Wall slides made a noticeable difference with my overhead press. My shoulders feel less restricted and I’m not compensating by leaning way back.

Same here with ankle mobility. I started doing controlled ankle rocks before leg days, and my squat depth improved without having to completely change my stance.

Deep squat holds have helped me a lot.

I like adductor rockbacks before lower-body training. They loosen up my hips and make wider squat stances feel much more comfortable.

Honestly, I underestimated how much tight hips were affecting my squat. I started doing 90/90 transitions and some hip flexor work consistently, and after a few weeks my bottom position felt smoother instead of like I was fighting to stay balanced.
