Eggs are my go-to! Cheap, versatile, and packed with protein. I buy them in bulk and make omelets, boiled eggs, or scrambled.

Lentils and chickpeas! Super cheap, high in protein, and full of fiber. Great for meal prepping. I make lentil soup or chickpea stir-fry.

Canned tuna and sardines! Affordable and full of lean protein. Plus, they have omega-3s, which help with recovery.

Chicken thighs instead of chicken breasts—they’re cheaper and have a bit more fat, which helps with energy. Roast them with some spices, and you're set!

Greek yogurt! High in protein, cheap if you buy store brands, and great for gut health. I mix it with honey and granola for a quick meal.

Agreed! I make lentil soup, costs almost nothing and lasts for days. But I still need some meat for variety.

Greek yogurt is my hack. Store brands are cheap, and you get 15g protein per serving. Way better than overpriced protein shakes.

I swear by cottage cheese! It’s cheaper than Greek yogurt and slow-digesting—perfect before bed.

Cottage cheese is okay, but I stick with frozen fish. Tilapia and cod are way cheaper than fresh fish and still high in protein.
