For vegetarians, tofu and tempeh are game-changers! I marinate mine in soy sauce and garlic—tastes way better that way

I tried tofu, but it felt too soft. Any tricks to make it taste better?

Press it first to get rid of extra water, then pan-fry it until crispy. Makes a huge difference!

Yo, everyone’s missing a key hack—meal prepping. If you don’t prep your meals, you’ll waste money eating out. I make a week’s worth of chicken, rice, and beans.

100% agree! Meal prepping keeps my diet on track and my wallet happy. Anyone here make homemade protein bars?

Yeah! Oats, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder—way cheaper than store-bought bars.

I tried that, but mine crumbled apart. What’s the trick?

Add more honey and press them HARD into the pan before refrigerating. That keeps them solid.

Does anyone here eat beans often? They’re cheap, but I get bloated if I eat too much.

Same here! Try soaking them overnight and rinsing before cooking. It helps with digestion.
